TRON is expanding its multidisciplinary Bioinformatics Unit with exceptional experience in development of innovative solutions for cancer immuno therapies. To enlarge our technological knowledge and expertise, we are searching for a Computer System Administrator (m/f) to become a member of our Data Management development team. Duties And Responsibilities: -Data migration/integration -Data maintenance and documentation -Database administration -HPC Cluster administration -Software and database development -Preparation of UMLs and visual workflows -User support Qualification & Experience: -Degree in (Bio-)Informatics, Mathematics or comparable study program -3+ years working experience in a Linux environment (Administration) or 3+ years working experience in working with Labware LIMS -Experience in SQL programming -Experience in programming (e.g., Perl/Python/Java/C++) -Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills -Self-starter who works effectively in an agile start-up environment -Enthusiastic team player who is thrilled to implement personalized medicine Preferred Experience: -Experience in working with biological data We are looking forward in receiving your application.
