Principal Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute quantitative analysis work streams
- Define relevant analytics procedures for product and service testing
- Actively inject data and insight across the CCS-team
- Maintain communications and coordinate activities with relevant stakeholder
- Understand complex business challenges, develop hypotheses, integrate internal and external data sources, analyze them to uncover true insight
- Work in collaboration with UX designers and engineers in the development of connected services Clean, manipulate and investigate large data sets
- Build predictive analytics, modelling & data science capabilities for the development of connected services.
- In collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensure strategic data aggregation for the benefit of CCS
- Develop new methods for better understanding of customer behaviors, values, wants and needs
- Ph.D. or industry experience equivalent in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Statistics, or Related fields.
- Has the technical competence to perform advanced analytics, statistics and coding
- 4+ years relevant work experience, including management experience.
- Has a collaborative team player attitude, which allows you to have impact across organizations
- Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of UX, business, service delivery and scaling issues
- Champions analytical capability combined with a business driven and consumer oriented spirit
- Is curious and open-minded to new challenges and unproven ground
