Job Description:
Responsibilities:

-Designs and develops statistical methodologies and provides NGS data analysis support for analytical validation studies (e.g. precision, reproducibility, limit of detection).

-Provides NGS data analysis insights for technology development and verification.

-Authors or contributes to technical documents such as Statistical Analysis Plans, Statistical Analysis Reports, Analytical Protocols and Reports, Validation Protocols and Reports, Clinical Study Reports, or other regulatory documents.

Validates statistical programs in the form of peer review or independent programming.

-Collaborates with other team members in a highly interactive and positive team environment.

Requirements:

Required: Master or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.

Desired: 2+ years working on analytical study statistics and knowledge of industry standards such as the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) guidelines and FDA statistical guidance.

Required: Proficiency in R / Python programming is required.

Required: Experience with next-generation sequencing bioinformatics and data analysis

Required: Ability to work well in a rapid-pace startup environment

Required: Team player contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment

Required: Fluent verbal and written English skills

Required: Aptitude for creative problem-solving
