Job Description:
As part of a European project entitled "Preventing and mitigating farmed bivalve diseases VIVALDI", the work of EI will consist of performing genomic analyzes (metabarcoding and metagenomics) of microbiota from different clam compartments, following an infection with Vibrio tapetis and under various conditions of temperature and antibiotics. The DNA of environmental matrices (water sediment, clams), can also be processed (extraction, production of libraries, and genomic analyzes). REQUIRED LANGUAGES ENGLISH: Good Skills/Qualifications: Master 2 level in Bioinformatics (Profiency of Frog or Quime softwares, .Lunix and R). Metagenomic analysis skills. - Good level of English
