We are hiring a Full Time Fullstack Developer with a life sciences background. We want developers who have a passion for science( genomics) and software development! This is a pre-IPO opportunity. As an Informatics Software Engineer, you will work with the on-site engineering team to deliver user-facing web applications built on the stack (MongoDB, Express, AngularJS, node.js). You will also develop client-side tools in to integrate production instruments and systems. The successful candidate will enjoy working closely with users to understand their workflows and needs. They will have a talent for understanding complex problems and designing solutions. They will also be comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environment. The work done by the software engineering team will dramatically improve the performance and quality of production pipeline, which will accelerate the development of a break-through therapeutic modality! There is no single solution to the complex data problems that we are trying to tackle. In order to tackle the non-trivial visualization and analytics components we need to build a suite of new custom applications leveraging some of the most innovative ideas and leading edge components. Arrayo is partnering on a cloud-based platform to enable the real-time design, ordering, and production of innovative therapeutics within its client Drug Design Studio. - Design and develop sophisticated, stable, and maintainable applications to solve real challenges throughout the production pipeline
- Work closely with users to understand the science, collect their requirements, and design solutions
- Work collaboratively as part of vibrant development team
- Peer-review the work of other developers on the team for quality and accuracy
- Develop unit tests and test scenarios
- Help improve the overall design and architecture of the suite of applications
- Implement automated data analysis and mathematical algorithms
