Job Description:
Project Title: Computational and experimental investigation of RAS homodimer ve heterodimer complexes and interactions
Position: The Postdoctoral Associate will assist the Principal Investigator in the COSBI Lab.
He/she will conduct research on some of the topics:
Development of a new method for flexible docking module for PRISM
Development and implementation of methods for analysis of next-generation sequencing data from wt and mutant Ras pathways.
Mapping and modeling of the mutations/SNPS on protein-protein iterfaces and trying to understand the driver and passenger mutations process.
Participation in writing new grants. Required Qualifications:
PhD with specialization in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics or related areas (Engineering, Computer Science, or Chemistry/Physics/Biology).
Experience in programming.
