Job Description:
We seek a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Bioinformatics, to support research and teaching of this subject to Bioscience students. You will have an enthusiastic approach to education and will support the existing delivery and help develop further bioinformatics teaching across all courses. You will have a PhD in a Bioscience/Bioinformatics discipline or related area and an emerging record in research which complements our existing strengths in Bioscience and the Biomedical Sciences Research Centre.

These include cell biology and ageing; neurobiology, toxicology and pharmacology; tumour biology and immunology; epigenetics; as well as high-throughput advances in epigenomics, proteomics and genomics. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape developments in both teaching and research within the largest department of the School of Science and Technology.
