Market Research and Analytics Lead, Central Eastern Europe
The CE Market Research and Analysis Lead is part of the CE Portfolio Team. This position reports to the CE Portfolio Lead. This position is located in any CE market
CE Market Research and Analysis Lead will lead primary and secondary market research and analyzes sale, marketing and customer data for countries, to provide market intelligence. The Lead will be Responsible for Segmentation & Targeting programs across five countries and will collaborate with markets to ensure that CRM analytics and reporting are developed to optimize the customer engagement model.
The CE Market Research and Analysis Lead ensures that countries and CE Brand Leads have access to customer, and market data to help strategic marketing decisions, and assists with market information that provides greater insight into the market / customers.
Lead primary and secondary Market research initiatives across markets and optimize costs and resources. Collaborate with regional and global marketing and market research for projects in CE markets Acts as an expert when it comes to driving innovation in various market research methods by continuously seek, evaluate and use best practices when it comes to market research and analytical methods.
Acts as an expert in analyzing sales and CRM data and collaborates with countries to address their needs for insightful and actionable sales analysis.
Assists with analysis to inform the strategic assumptions that are built into brand forecasts.
Pro-actively identify business opportunities for brands and CE markets
Leads implementation of all aspects of research projects using available resources. Manage relationships with research vendors for projects; briefs agencies to deliver what is required – understands vendor capabilities, quality requirements, and recommends innovative options.
Is proactive in independently developing and evaluating different methods / tools for market analysis in order to meet anticipated market events or critical decisions - applies even in advance of the marketing plan development.
Ensures good information flow and communication between Brand Leads..
Collaborates and proactively liaises with EUCAN & Global Learning leaders to shape learning programs, and also to support implementation and delivery of relevant programs at a local level.
Qualifications
Required:
Education & Experience
- Minimum: University degree from accredited university
- Minimum: 3 years’ experience working in respective field
- Expertise in market research or sales analytics (questionnaire methodology, statistical, selection)
- Previous experience of leading and implementing complex projects and project teams
