Job Description:
NRGene is a fast growing genomic data analysis Company. NRGene’s products and services are already sold globally. NRGene is expanding and is looking for NA Sales Director to play a leading role in the company long term growth. The company’s NA headquarter is based in St Louis and the offered position will report into the company’s VP Sales. Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):

-Participate is shaping the company marketing and sales strategy for NA.

-Establish sales objectives for NA by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for products / territories.

-Build a strong sales organization comprised of prospecting new leads, deal closing and ongoing account management.

-Lead and mentor NA sales team to execute and exceed sales goals and workplan.

-Create sales ideas / campaigns to increase sales opportunities.

-Implements NA sales program by developing sales action plans.

Must have skills:

-MSc/PhD in Computational Biology / Bioinformatics / Medicine/ Genetics/ Biotechnology.

-3+ years of individual sales experience.

-3+ year experience for managing a team of sales in sequencing/ lab research equipment/ software industry.

-Experience in Agriculture (plants & animal) – huge advantage.

-Demonstrated experience in high-tech B2B SaaS sales.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high-level decision makers.

-Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

-Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.

-Fast learner, creative and able to work in a highly dynamic environment.

-MATLAB/C/Python/Java experience.
