Job Description:
The MetaboloGenomics lab at the Computational Biology Department is looking for a Post-Doc who will analyze large scale metabolomics and metagenomics data using tools from machine learning, genome mining, graph theory, statistics and signal processing, for discovering novel small molecule biomarkers in human microbiome in health and disease. You will support on-going research program in MetaboloGenomics lab and manage sub-project, and write up results as journal papers and power point presentations. Qualifications: -Doctorate degree in Computer Science or Bioinformatics -1-3 years of relevant Reporting and Analytics experience -Excellent analytical and oral/written communication skills The anticipated start date is October 2017.
