Job Description:
There is a position available in the Genomic Pathology Section for an informatics post-doctoral fellow. Possible projects include single-cell profiling data analysis of human cancer specimens (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and methyl-seq) as well as deconvolution of bulk profiling data. Both experts in cancer molecular classification (Dr. Kenneth Aldape) and cancer multi-omics data integration (Dr. Eytan Ruppin) are committed to co-mentor and advance independent investigators of the future. An advantage of this dual-program recruitment will be access to cancer biology expertise and to human cancer specimens for bulk and single-cell profiling (Aldape), along with access to state-of-the-art computational resources and collaboration with a world leader in this area (Ruppin).
