This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in cutting edge multi-omics research in the field of IBD. The candidate is expected to interact with a multi-disciplinary team comprising of medical practitioners, computational biologists, geneticists and statisticians.

In this position, the candidate is expected to perform bioinformatic analysis of multi-omics data (genomic, transcriptiomic, proteomic etc..) generated by next gen sequencing and multi-platform genotyping. Responsibilities would include building computational models for biomarker discovery, disease risk and clinical outcome prediction; designing statistical algorithms and implementing data analysis tools; evaluate research projects to identify new hypotheses.
