Postdoc

Job Description:

We are searching for a highly motivated and organized individual to work on Bioinformatics. The position will be involved in developing methods and tools for better understanding transcriptional regulation underlying cancer.

Required Qualifications:
(1) PhD degree in Computational Biology or Bioinformatcs, or a related field (e.g. statistics, bioinformatics, computer science or quantitative biology)
(2) Experience in algorithm development
(3) Experience in the application and development of statistical methods or machine learning algorithms
(4) Good computer programming skills in R/Matlab/Perl/Python/
(5) Knowledge of basic molecular biology and cancer biology
(6) Methods for the analysis of next generation sequencing data
