Job Description:
The postdoc is expected to be responsible for organizing and analyzing in-house epigenomic (histone modification and DNA methylation) and genomic data (ChIP-seq, digital expression profiling) generated by the next generation sequencing technology. He/she will also develop methods to integrate multiple sources of data to understand the mechanisms of transcriptional regulation and reconstruct transcriptional networks in human embryonic stem cells. An ideal candidate should obtain Ph.D. in computational biology, computer science or related fields. Expertise in machine learning and statistics is required. Proficient programming skills are essential. Previous experience of analyzing sequencing data is a plus.
