Candidates will develop a deep understanding of systems immunology using datasets obtained from human and mouse model samples, with emphasis on cancer and autoimmune disease. Candidate will also gain experience in writing and giving presentations. PI is open to discussion about the possibility of pursuing dual wet-lab/computational projects. Duties will include training of graduate and post-doctoral researchers, participation in department activities, presentations at Vignali lab meetings and any other assignments that the PI may request.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a PhD in computational biology or equivalent, and a basic understanding or broad appreciation for cancer immunology and/or basic immunology.
