Job Description:
The DNA Enzymes Division of New England Biolabs (NEB) invites applicants for the position of Postdoctoral Fellow. The research program will focus on the mechanism cells use to terminate genome replication by adapting and applying next generation sequencing and genome editing techniques.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Work independently to design and execute original research to determine where and how genome replication stops.

-Publish in academic journals and present results internally and at scientific conferences.

-Participate in collaborative research within NEB and with external academic laboratories.

-Collect and analyze next generation sequencing data.

Required Qualifications:

-Ph.D. in biochemistry, bioengineering, bioinformatics, or related fields.

-Excellent presentation and communication skills.

-Past publication of original scientific work in high-quality journals.

-Strong scientific curiosity, integrity, creativity and self-motivation.
