Job Description:

Postdoctoral position is available to conduct research in Computational Immuno-Oncology. The goal will be to develop systems biology models describing the intercellular interactions and intracellular pathways leading to the activation of T-cell by Antigen-Presenting Cells (APC), the self-propagation of the activated T-cell, and subsequent killing of recognized tumor cells. Outcome will help to better understand the quantitative relationships of various factors in immuno-oncology, facilitate the development of drugs against immune checkpoints, and provide guidance for combination therapies. Research is supported by NIH and pharmaceutical industry.

Ph.D. in bioengineering, chemical engineering, quantitative immunology, or equivalent. Strong background, experience and first-author publication record in computational/systems biology, construction of mathematical models, numerical methods, and computer programming. US citizens, permanent residents or holders of an F1/OPT visa with at least six months of work authorization left.
