Additional Info:
We are developing single cell DNA/RNA sequencing technologies and computational methods to investigate how tumors evolve over time and in 3D space, from pre-cancer to malignant cancer then to metastasis (Nature 2014, Nature Protocols 2016, Nature Methods 2016). The lab also works closely with clinicians at the UW hospital and the UW Carbone Cancer Center to apply these technologies to translational research in cancer prevention, early detection and personalized therapy. We are a collaborative and multidisciplinary team composed of both wet-lab biologists and computational biologists. One important aim of the lab is to train independent research scientists.

Applicants should send CV, names and contact information for three references to ywang@medicine.wisc.edu.
