Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Machine/Deep Learning to Cancer Care The Department of Radiation Oncology at BWH/DFCI and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA is seeking a postdoctoral research fellow. Applicants with an interest in the application of computational techniques to oncology, medical imaging and radiation therapy and experience in Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence are encouraged to apply. This is a 2 year fellowship, with a possible 2 year extension. The research opportunity will be in the area of applied Artificial Intelligence/ Deep Learning to develop automated segmentation, automated treatment planning, risk prediction and response assessment tools for radiation therapy, including implementation of existing algorithms into the clinic. The applicant will join the team at the DFCI Computational Imaging and Bioinformatics Laboratory (www.cibl-harvard.org) and a group of clinical-translational radiation onoclogists, and is expected to conduct research leading to peer-reviewed publications and presentations at international meetings with guidance from our faculty. Requirements: Applicants should have a doctoral degree in Data Sciences, Computer Science, Physics or related field, and preferably has experience with Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning techniques and analyses with a track record of scholarship in these fields.
