Job Description:
The Department of Clinical Pharmacy, in the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, is seeking applicants for a full-time Professional Research Assistant (PRA) position to conduct scientific studies for Dr. Jonathan Campbell. The focus for this job assignment will be conducting scientific studies in the applied area of the comparative- and cost-effectiveness of pharmaceuticals and other medical interventions. Other pharmaceutical outcomes research or health services research projects, including support of cost-effectiveness training, may be included for this position. Qualifications: The minimum qualification are a bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, mathematics, statistics, public health, economics, or a closely related field and experience within public health, pharmaceutical outcomes, or health systems research. A master’s degree in a health-related field and experience writing statistical code, analyzing datasets, conducting primary data collection, and conducting cost-effectiveness modeling is preferred. Salary and Benefits: Salary is commensurate with skills and experience. The University of Colorado offers a full benefits package.
