Bayside Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst I to be part of our client’ s team in South San Francisco. This is an opportunity to work with one of the largest Biopharmaceutical companies in the world developing innovative medicine to save patients’ lives. Summary of Responsibilities: -Perform various data analysis tasks to support the Bioinformatics department. -Building a relational database. -Building a website to display parts of the database in tabular and graphical format. -Building an API for the database and website QC, curation, and maintenance of datasets generated internally and from outside vendors. Requirements: -Bachelor' s degree in computer science, bioinformatics or computational biology. -Proficiency in a scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript and/or Perl Relational database design and query, such as MongoDB. -Data analysis experience using R Familiarity with working in a Linux environment.
