Proteomics Bioinformatics Data Analyst MRC LMS Bioinformatics Team Fixed-term, 3 years £32,782 to £38,181 pa inclusive London, UK We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated data analyst with experience of proteomics and/or metabolomics data analysis to work within the LMS’s Bioinformatics team and alongside the LMS Proteomics facility. Responsibilities: The post provides a unique opportunity to work both with leading edge experimental and bioinformatics techniques across the diversity of research topics within the LMS and in establishing the bioinformatics infrastructure necessary to maintain high quality computational proteomics research within the institute. Experience in high throughput proteomics analysis, using/writing R/Bioconductor packages, bioinformatics programming (Python, Perl, Java, C++) and web programming would be highly desirable.
