R ProgrammerDuration: 12+ monthsLocation: REMOTEThis project is to develop a bioinformatics pipeline for a clinical test that must meet CAP/CLIA requirements. All code they develop must be “production” grade: clean/clear/concise code, validate all inputs and outputs, fully documented (input parameters, code, output formats, user documentation, etc.), fully tested (unit, integration and system), etc. Generally, this means someone with industry experience in a regulated environment (FDA, medical devices, etc.).
The entire pipeline will be written in R, no other languages are allowed (no bash, no python, no java, no C#). They must have experience with developing, building, testing and publishing R libraries / packages.
