Research Scientist/Assistant Research Professor 2: This is 2 of 2 Research Scientist/Research Assistant Professor positions that will be based at the Julius L. Chambers Biomedical/Biotechnology Research Institute (JLC-BBRI) of NCCU and in the Research Infrastructure Core of the NCCU-RCMI Center for Health Disparities Research (RCHDR). The Research Scientist/ Research Assistant Professor will be working with the relevant research labs coordinating and doing data analysis in health disparities research in the BBRI and the NCCU-RCMI program. Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must have a PhD degree in Bioinformatics/Biostatistics/Biological Sciences or related fields with demonstrated experience in acquiring and analyzing data, strong analytical and creative problem-solving, good understanding of statistics, and prior experience in analysis of omics and/or epidemiology data. Extensive research experience in biomedical sciences with preference in molecular epidemiology and training in the collection and analysis of population based and/or omics based data.
