Research Scientist (Bioinformatics)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement bioinformatics approaches to comprehensively analyze and integrate multiple large genomic datasets (for example, whole-genome sequencing, whole-exome sequencing, RNAseq, ChIP-seq, etc).
• Apply family-based (linkage) and population-based statistical approaches to complex genomic datasets.
• Evaluate results based on disease models and biological relevance.
• Draft and provide support for grants and manuscripts.

• MS or PhD degree in bioinformatics, statistics, computational biology, molecular genetics, or related field of research.
• Experience in bioinformatics and good programming skills are preferred.

Requeriments :

• M.Sc. or higher Degree in Bioinformatics
• M.Sc. or higher Degree in computational biology
• M.Sc. or higher Degree in Statistics
