Job Description:
Position Description:

- Develop highly sensitive and specific products for gene expression analysis, DNA variation detection and epigenetics based on NGS and advanced oligonucleotide design.

- Develop software systems for automated design and analysis of oligonucleotides for NGS and analysis of NGS reads.

- Take part in the invention, development and maintenance of other bioinformatics based life sciences products and the supporting data base systems as part of an international team of highly skilled scientist in a leading biotechnology company.

Position Requirements:

- University degree in Computer-Science or comparable education.

- Programming experience with Object oriented languages, relational databases and web services.

- Strong software development skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Personal Requirements:

- Excellent team playing skills.

- Be reliable and confident while being able to adapt quickly.
