Job Description:
The work associated with this position includes characterization of the circulating and tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte populations in human tumors and associated murine models, involving analyses of the genetic diversity of T cell receptor and B cell receptor repertoires and gene-expression profiling using next-generation sequencing and single-cell sorting and sequencing techniques in the same models.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Must be experienced in processing mouse or human samples for research or diagnostic methods and must have computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Flow Cytometry and Molecular Diagnostics or Genetics is recommended as is facility with basic scripting in the Python and R programming languages, though not required, are preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Bioinformatics/Computational Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, Genetics, Immunology, Medical Technology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Physiology, Pharmacology, or Zoology is preferred.
