You will apply your knowledge of computer science, statistics, and NGS to analyze, improve, and develop techniques and algorithms for variant calling across an expanding set of modern assays. - Understand the detailed statistical and algorithmic workings of modern variant calling packages
- Are comfortable reading source code for large open source projects

- Have top notch communication and data presentation skills
