Position Description - Part of a cross-functional team developing complex, automated data analytics solutions in health-tech - Contribution to prototyping and optimization of algorithms - Design and creation of data analysis approaches and pipelines - Analysis and interpretation of data, especially in the biomedical context (e.g. genomics) - Interface between software development and other disciplines Position Requirements: - University degree in Computer Science or Natural Sciences, ideally with a focus on Bioinformatics or Genomics - Extensive experience with advanced data analytics, statistical methods and development of data analysis pipelines - Solid understanding of, and genuine interest in the inner workings of advanced algorithms - Excellent programming skills in scripting languages (e.g. Python, R) and/or C++ - Experience in the field of Next-Generation-Sequencing preferred - Experience in the field of Image- and/or Signal-Processing is beneficial Personal Requirements: - Analytical mindset with an ability to grasp complex contexts and scenarios quickly - True team player, enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently, pragmatic mindset If this interdisciplinary challenge appeals to you, you can expect a highly motivated team that is looking forward to your support!
