Are you looking to help create further breakthroughs in DNA research and epigenetics? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to make a difference as a Senior Scientist/Engineer at a Defense research agency. Experience: We would like for you as a minimum to possess (4+ years) of significant laboratory experience in bisulfite sequencing or Methseq array analysis, or equivalent experience in epigenetic bioinformatics. A deep knowledge of emerging trends in DNA sequencing is a strong plus. In order to be successful, you must have some knowledge or experience in clinical molecular diagnostic platform development, which includes familiarity with the FDA medical device approval process (e.g., Device complexity, 510k, and PMA processes). Education: You must be a PhD in molecular biology, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, or other relevant field. Postdoctoral or equivalent industry experience is a strong plus but not required.
