Reporting to the Center Director:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of the Bioinformatics Lead will include, but are not limited to:

Analysis of Raw Data, including DNA sequencing data, ChIP seq, RNA-seq,    Array Data, MicroRNA Data, Proteomics Provide bioinformatics expertise to the design of projects Work with Alan D'Andrea, MD and interact with investigators and scientific and technical staff within and external to the Center Interact with external/industry collaborators Assist with the preparation of manuscripts and grant applications Present data at scientific meetings as needed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Potential for supervisory responsibilities of additional bioinformatics staff
