We seek a highly motivated scientist in Structural Bioinformatics with a proven track record of accomplishment to further develop our cutting-edge dual/multi-specific and other “fit-for-purpose” antibody technologies. This individual will develop/modify/run software tools required for analysis of protein aggregation/stability and conformational characterization.

He/she will work with cross-disciplinary teams both internally and externally for protein design, engineering, characterization, and formulation study, and for improving protein design quality and enhancing capacity/through put of current in silico tools. The candidate is expected to coordinate and make substantial contributions to the conceptualization/theorization, execution and communication of protein design and engineering projects.

Qualifications

Basic:
•Requirements for this position include a PhD or equivalent experience plus post-doctoral training in Computational Chemistry/Biology/Physics, or alternatively in Biological Sciences with relevant experience in protein computational analysis, or Structural Bioinformatics.
•The incumbent should have significant experience in protein therapeutics and have a thorough understanding of molecular and structural basis for protein stability and solubility, and domain/domain interaction, is familiar with cutting-edge toolsfor protein structural biology study.
•Well-qualified candidates will have extensive research experience using computational and/or statistical approaches to address biological problems, including bioinformatics and/or sequence/structure prediction.
•Applicants should be well-versed in biology, yet proficient in computer science and mathematics.
•It is expected that the applicant will have demonstrated a sustained record of productivity and impactful scientific contributions as determined by publications in high-impact journals.
•The ideal candidate will have a background combining computational with some wet lab research.
•Programming expertise and experience writing new software are highly valued.
•Research experience with antibodies and multi-specific biologics is preferred but not essential.
•Strong inter-personal and communication skills are needed for this role.
