Staff Associate (Data Analyst) (New York, NY) sought by Columbia University's Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology w/exp in bioinformatics tools for DNA/RNA next gen sequence analysis, adv programming in Perl/Python, C or Shell Scripting, and statistical analysis and data visualization in R.
