Job Description:
Duties: Design, develop, evaluate and modify SAS programs to analyze and evaluate clinical data. Recognize inconsistencies and initiate resolution of data problems. Implement statistical analysis plans designed to meet project and protocol deadlines. Provide expertise in the design and development of clinical trials, protocols and case report forms. Act as a liaison between clinical management, subcommittees and project teams as needed. Write and test programs of varying complexity. Write requirements and specifications, understand study level documentation. Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree* in Statistics, Biostatistics, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Regulatory Affairs, or a related technical field or foreign degree equivalent; and 3 years of experience performing software development and/or programming. Must have at least 1 year of experience performing statistical programming using SAS®. Experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. *Employer will accept a Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent and two years of experience performing software development and/or programming as the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree and three years of this experience.
