Job Description:
Postdoc position in structural bioinformatics at SciLifeLab, Stockholm.
The project is concerned with protein protein structure prediction using predicted contacts (see http://dx.doi.org/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1003889) and in combination with experimental data (in particular Cryo-EM data in collaboration with the infrastructure for single particle Cryo-EM under construction at SciLifeLab).
This is a 2 year time-limited position, finances with a scholarship. The starting date is open for discussion, though ideally we would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible and at the latest April 1 2015.
The position is located at Science for Life Laboratory (SciLifeLab). SciLifeLab is a national center for molecular biosciences with focus on health and environmental research. It combines frontline technical expertise with advanced knowledge of translational medicine and molecular bioscience.
