Job Description:
Define, develop and deliver the next generation of products and services while driving cross-company initiatives to pilot technology and business initiatives. Retrieve and analyze large data sets to identify and solve business problems. Develop business plans utilizing data to lead teams in data-driven product decisions and market place positioning. Interface with Technology, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Operations and business management to create a business model. Identify and evaluate market opportunity for existing and future products and services and liaise with other functional groups in the development process. Partner to build and execute on new initiatives and roadmaps. Collaborate with and influence team members, work with development teams, and present projects to senior leadership. Build relationships and identify stakeholders across the organization. Position Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Bioinformatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or as a Program Manager or another related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Bioinformatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and two years of experience. Two years of experience must involve: conducting strategic business and financial analysis; retrieving and analyzing large and complex data sets; synthesizing business insights through advanced excel modeling, data retrieval and SQL/SAS; working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver online products or services.
