As bioinformatician you will analyse research data. You will work in close collaboration with molecular biologists and your main focus will be on next-generation sequencing data. This includes setting up of analysis pipelines, data visualisation and optimising in-house developed algorithms. Additionally you will employ statistical learning and data mining techniques to uncover patterns in biological data and/or (fully) automate existing workflows.
