Develops financial and clinical data analytics and analysis based on claims (administrative) data and electronic medical records (EMR) with a focus on population health outcomes. Supports both business and health outcome related analysis. Assesses data analytics needs and recommends, executes, analyzes, and prepares reports to respond to those needs. Works closely with both business and clinical team(s) to determine the most appropriate and effective analytics approaches. Utilizes a variety of systems and software tools as needed to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of data analyzed.  [More]
