Specific Responsibilities and skills for Position: The successful candidate for this position will support software development and testing activities for clinical virology information systems. The candidate will work with Bioinformatics Scientists to develop and test data analysis pipelines and web applications used for investigation of viral subpopulations and drug resistance in clinical samples.
