We seek a talented R package developer to participate in the implementation, improvement and maintenance of tools used by the Genentech Bioinformatics & Computational Biology Department. A successful candidate will work as part of a team of four in a diverse and deeply experienced group of scientists and engineers. Our group focuses on methods development / integration on topics such as RNASeq-based isoform quantitation, ChIPSeq and NGS-derived DNA copy number + LOH quantification.
