The Associate Bioinformatician I will have the opportunity to assist in the development and maintenance of bioinformatics capabilities which support the activities of the Laboratory for Molecular Medicine (a CLIA-certified molecular diagnostic laboratory), PPMs Translational Genomics Core, and the Partners BioBank. A focus will be the support of next-generation sequencing pipelines in the research, translational, and clinical settings.
