As a PhD Candidate you will perform innovative research in the quantitative analysis of medical Flow Cytometry data collected in a hospital environment. You will try to obtain more information of higher quality, for early and personalized disease diagnosis and elucidating comprehensive disease mechanisms. You will use existing chemometrics data analysis methods (Principal Component Analysis, Partial Least Squares Regression), but you will also develop and extend novel data analysis methods that better fit the specific structure of Flow Cytometry data. [More]
