The candidate will be responsible for the processing and analysis of genetic and functional omics data, including integrative pathway/network analysis and building and evaluating machine learning models. • Setting up of an electronic data capture system to collect the clinical data and harmonize the retrospective clinical data • Clinical, omics, imaging and wearable-device data integration • Develop new web-based tools for reporting the progress and results of research projects • Develop and deploy scalable data repository solutions • Work closely with other team members on the design and implementation of data analysis workflows and visualization tools • Bring new IT/bioinformatics data analysis workflows and pipelines to the community.
