The Industrial and Applied Genomics Group of the Accelerated Discovery Lab at IBM Research is looking for a summer intern to work on computational biology in the Sequence the Food Supply Chain Consortium (http://www.research.ibm.com/client-programs/foodsafety/). The intern will participate in studies of microbial ecology connected with food safety, using metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
