The successful candidate will have a degree and experience as a Bioinformatician or Computational Biologist. Knowledge of a range of bioinformatics tools should be sufficient to provide support and training. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl and R is expected, while programming abilities in other languages e.g. SQL, JAVASCRIPT and HTML could be an advantage.
