I will teach a bioinformatics workshop in mid-May and you are invited to attend. The class will provide an overview of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology, workflow, data format, applications and data analysis pipelines/tools. It also includes a demo of CLC Genomics Workbench software suite.
