Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and talented Bioinformatics Scientist to analyze clinical NGS data in diagnostics and precision medicine. This position requires an adaptable scientist to address the many demands of technology development, and working with multiple stakeholders across disciplines. This position provides broad exposure to diverse clinical and analytical problems. The successful candidate is expected to effectively develop and execute on innovative projects, publish exciting research in high quality scientific or technical journals, present at professional meetings and promote collaborative efforts to push precision translational sciences forward. This individual is expected to be, or develop into, externally recognized expert in precision diagnostics and medicine. As a Bioinformatics Scientist / Sr. Scientist, you are expected to: -Analyze deep sequencing NGS data in oncology diagnostics and treatment -Contribute to in-house bioinformatics initiatives, including development of NGS analysis pipelines, bioinformatics and analytical algorithms -Work closely with members of the bioinformatics group and wet-lab research scientists to develop and validate the performance of production systems. -Participate as a team member on data analysis tasks Who you are: In adding new members to our team, we seek for people like you who are also inspired by our mission and who would fit in well with the collaborative, rigorous and entrepreneurial spirit of the company culture.
