These fast-paced, genomics driven startups are seeking qualified candidates to join their teams! Apply here to automatically be considered for Bioinformatic Scientist opportunities at one of our 10 Illumina Accelerator startups. As a Bioinformatics Scientist at an Illumina Accelerator startup, you will play an integral role in discovering new ways to harness the power of the human genome. Primary responsibilities will include providing bioinformatics and computational biology support. Responsibilities: -Develop a data processing pipeline for NGS datasets analysis (whole genome sequencing, RNAseq, ChIP-seq, DNase-seq) -Large-scale data base management -Develop platform-level analytical tools for sequencing-based inquiries -Develop statistical models to derive correlations between laboratory-derived observations and public/clinical datasets -Interface with molecular biology/automation teams to produce high throughput biological pipelines -Create publication quality visualizations, communications, and presentations of results
