Become the intellectual lead on our toughest and most interesting analytical questions. Role Summary: As we continue to grow at record pace, we have an increasing set of challenges that we need to tackle to deliver great experiences for our customers. Both for prioritisation, and for execution, we need highly skilled mathematicians to make sure were delivering the highest possible value outcomes for our customers, our supply partners and ourselves. How should we rank and order cars on our search results to maximise conversion and make sure customers get a great experience? How should we structure our rewards scheme to maximise repeat bookings profitably? What benefit can we expect from increasing the speed at which we answer customer service phone calls? Why do customers unsubscribe from our mailing list can we predict it and prevent it? These questions give a flavour of the sort of questions the successful candidate will be able to quickly structure, answer and deliver clear recommendations to non technical audiences for. In This Role You Will: * Transform large, complex datasets into pragmatic, actionable insights -Explore our datasets & pull out messages that others cant see -Leverage our data to identify, quantify and deliver business value -Clearly communicate insights to non technical audiences & build compelling business cases for your recommendations * Become the thought leader on all the business data challenges -Be the go to guy for anyone looking to use data to help solve business problems -Act as a mentor to our analytical teams, helping to train them in key skill gaps where appropriate -Independently develop hypotheses & solutions across the business * Work independently, across departments -Establish yourself quickly within the business and hit the ground running -Work closely with analytics teams in each departments, challenging & informing our existing ways of working -Train analytical teams on new techniques where required -Work with ISE team to specify which technology & software we use and how * Have significant senior exposure -Be ultimately responsible for the analysis and recommendations that you oversee and be responsible for delivering recommendations to the Leadership Team -Work on projects that influence decisions & outcomes in all departments, requiring you to influence decision makers across the business Candidate Profile -You are a skilled mathematician -Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, bioinformatics, etc.) -Minimum of 5 years experience

Requeriments :
- M.Sc. or higher Degree in Bioinformatics
- M.Sc. or higher Degree in Computer Science
- Master's Degree in Engineering
