January 2, 2013: Dr. Rick Metz, our Director of Technology Development was part of the team who were awarded the American Society of Mechanical Engineers’ Richard Skalak Award for best research paper of the year. “A Device to Study the Effects of Stretch Gradients on Cell Behavior,” was featured in the ASME Journal of Biomechanical Engineering. The article was also a top 10 most downloaded research article for November 2011 in the journal’s digital library.
